This is the authoritative public license for the official, unmodified mcladder mod JAR. The same text is embedded as LICENSE in every release.

YOU ARE PERMITTED TO:
- Download, install, and use the unmodified mod for personal play.
- Redistribute the ORIGINAL, UNMODIFIED .jar file, provided that this
license and all copyright notices remain intact — for example via mod
launchers, mirrors, or modpacks that reference the file without
repackaging or altering it.
YOU MAY NOT, without prior written permission from mcladder:
- Modify, decompile, deobfuscate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative
works of the mod;
- Redistribute modified versions, or extract, reuse, or republish the
source code or assets;
- Sell the mod, or bundle it as part of a paid product or service.
SERVICE & DATA:
This mod is a client for the mcladder service and connects to
mcladder.com. It transmits your Minecraft account identity (for licensed-
account verification), online/queue/match presence, match results, and
gameplay/replay data needed to operate and review ranked matches. The tail
of your latest.log is transmitted only when you explicitly choose "Send log
to support". Use of the mcladder service is subject to its own terms and
privacy policy.

The mod is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or
implied. In no event shall the authors be liable for any claim, damages,
or other liability arising from the mod or its use.
