mcladder Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-07-09. By using the mcladder mod, mcladder.com and related services you accept these terms.

1. What mcladder is

mcladder is a competitive ranked ladder for Minecraft: Solo/Duo matchmaking, ratings, seasons, replays and leaderboards. It is a fan project: NOT an official Minecraft product, not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft.

2. Account & access

  • Playing requires a licensed Minecraft account; identity is verified through Mojang's standard flow.
  • A site account is created by signing in with Discord or Telegram and is linked to your game profile.
  • You are responsible for your account and everything done with it. Account transfer is prohibited.

3. Rules of play

The mcladder Guidelines apply — fair play, no cheats, boosting or ban evasion. Violations lead to sanctions up to a permanent ban (Guidelines, section 6).

4. Purchases & virtual goods

  • The shop sells virtual goods/currency for use within the service. They have no monetary value outside mcladder and cannot be exchanged for money.
  • Payments are processed by third-party providers (Telegram Stars, CryptoBot etc.) under their own terms; card/wallet data never reaches us.
  • Virtual goods are considered delivered once credited; refunds are provided only where required by applicable law or at our discretion (e.g. accidental double charge — contact support in Discord).
  • A ban for violating the Guidelines does not entitle you to a refund.

5. Content & data

Match results, statistics and replays are published on the site (the ladder's public competitive history). Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Termination

We may restrict or terminate access for violations of these terms or the Guidelines. You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your site account.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is”, with no uptime guarantees. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of virtual items due to outages or third-party actions.

8. Changes & contact

We may update these terms; significant changes are announced on the site and in Discord. Questions — reach us in our Discord community (link on the home page).
